Sometimes, just sometimes, I will buy an item of clothing that I don't need now, but will need someday. Last week, I bought something that got me all excited, and hoping for stormy days, so that the weather will be cool enough for me to wear it. I am pleased to present you my latest purchase - a leather jacket from Alldressedup.
I love the ruching on the sleeves and the stitch detailing. The collar is unique and can be worn in versatile styles. The grey cotton jersey lining gives it a good contrast, as well as a comfy feel when worn. I really can't wait to wear it.
Alldressedup is my favourite label from Singapore. If I don't mention its country of origin to foreigners, they probably will think of it as a European label. It is afterall, stocked by key retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Lane Crawford, and Net-A-Porter. A true mark that a label has "arrived" in the international fashion scene.
I really like this dress from its Spring Summer 2o10 collection, and so I wore it for a photo shoot with Epicure magazine for a feature in its July 2010 issue.
Founded in 2005 by Tina Tan-Leo and her husband Lionel Leo, the uber stylish couple leads a team of young talented designers and production specialists. The collections just keep getting better with each season! For Autumn Winter 2010, the inspirations were taken from the Maori tribal tattoo, with graphic curvilinear spirals being translated into bold contour patterns and patchwork, as well as braided and ruching details.
I have informed the sales associates of my lust list for this collection. Check out my selection of outfits and accessories. Priced competitively, this 'masstige' label provides maximum style without breaking the bank.
