When one thinks of Roland Mouret, the image of Victoria Beckham in a "Galaxy" dress comes to mind. Sometimes it's a curse (more so when it was before VB's recognition as a fashion designer), to have your iconic dress worn by an equally (if not more) iconic woman. The dress was catapulted to universal stardom and I am not surprised if Roland's empire was built on various shades of the "Galaxy".
Style.com reported that Roland Mouret just bought back the rights to his name and is about to open a boutique on Carlos Place in London. I think he is still finding his new direction post-Galaxy and it is nice to see him do some relaxed silhouettes for Spring. Here are my top picks from his new collection. I love the colour palette!
